Services

Interior, exterior and cabinetry work for homes in Lincoln, Rocklin, Sacramento, Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills. Every job gets the same preparation, whether it’s one room or a whole exterior.

Interior Painting

Rooms that look finished, not just painted.

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards and millwork. We move and wrap furniture, cover floors properly, and mask to a line that holds — so the cut between wall and trim is sharp instead of approximately straight.

Preparation is where interior work is won or lost: nail holes and dents filled and sanded flat, cracks opened and properly repaired rather than skimmed over, gaps caulked, surfaces cleaned before primer. Then two coats, in the sheen that suits the room.

What’s included

  • Furniture moving and protection
  • Wall and ceiling repair — filling, sanding, caulking
  • Priming appropriate to the surface
  • Two finish coats, standard
  • Trim, door and millwork finishing
  • Daily clean-up and a final walkthrough

Exterior Painting

Built to survive the weather it’s standing in.

An exterior finish fails from underneath. If chalking, mildew or loose paint is left in place, the new coat is only as good as what’s beneath it — which is why the first days of an exterior job involve no colour at all.

We wash the surface, scrape and sand back failing areas, treat bare wood, caulk the joints that need it and spot-prime before any finish coat goes on. Coatings are chosen for Sacramento Valley sun and summer heat rather than for what’s on sale.

What’s included

  • Full surface wash
  • Scraping, sanding and feathering of failing paint
  • Wood and substrate repair
  • Caulking of joints and penetrations
  • Spot or full priming as the surface requires
  • Two finish coats
  • Landscaping and hardscape protection

Cabinetry & Fine Finishes

A sprayed, catalysed finish — the kind cabinet shops use.

Refinishing cabinetry costs a fraction of replacing it, and done properly the result is hard to tell from new. Done improperly, it’s obvious within a season: brush marks in the rails, a soft finish that dents under a fingernail, doors that stick to the frame.

We take the doors and drawer fronts off, label them, and finish them off-site or in a controlled setup rather than brushing them in place. Surfaces are degreased — kitchen cabinetry carries years of cooking residue that ordinary cleaning doesn’t touch — then sanded, primed with an adhesion primer, and sprayed.

The coatings are professional systems: Centurion Wood Coatings, Envirolak, Renner and Alcea. They cure to a genuinely hard surface, hold their colour, and take daily use without marking.

What’s included

  • Door and drawer removal, labelling and reinstallation
  • Degreasing and thorough surface preparation
  • Hardware removal and reinstallation
  • Adhesion primer
  • Sprayed finish coats
  • Boxes and frames finished in place, fully masked

Venetian plaster and other specialty finishes are available on request. They are quoted per project rather than by the square foot — ask and we’ll talk through what is involved.
